How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Step 2: Click the Tracking Link
Simply click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

Step 3: Monitor Your Delivery
You can check your tracking information anytime to see where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Alternative Tracking Methods

Track Through Your Account
Log into your Gold One Shop account and go to 'Order History' to view all your orders and their current status.

Track Directly with Carrier
If you have your tracking number, you can also track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Order Status Meanings

Order Confirmed - We've received your order and payment
Processing - Your order is being prepared for shipment
Shipped - Your order is on its way! Check your tracking number
Out for Delivery - Your package will arrive today
Delivered - Your order has been delivered

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address on your order confirmation
  • Contact us at goldoneshop1@gmail.com with your order number

Tracking Issues?

Tracking Not Updating
Sometimes there's a delay between when the label is created and when the carrier scans the package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 24-48 hours, contact us.

Package Delayed
Weather, holidays, and high shipping volumes can cause delays. If your package is significantly delayed past the estimated delivery date, reach out to us and we'll investigate.

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours at goldoneshop1@gmail.com.
