Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

Most items can be returned, including:

  • Shapewear (must be unworn with hygiene liner intact)
  • Accessories
  • Water bottles and wellness products (unopened)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel or shapewear with removed hygiene liners
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at goldoneshop1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided (customers responsible for return shipping costs)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure fastest delivery of your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
